A fully automated Google Sheets system for a Slovak construction company — tracking 19 employees across 4 active construction sites. Replaced manual Excel sheets, automated monthly payroll, and gave managers a real-time cost overview.
The Problem
A growing Slovak construction company was managing employee attendance, wages, and site costs across multiple active construction sites using manual Excel sheets. Errors were frequent, monthly payroll took days, and managers had no real-time overview of costs per site.
Our Solution
A fully automated Google Sheets system replacing all manual tracking — 3 contract types, automatic wage calculation, daily attendance statuses, site cost splitting, and per-employee monthly reports. Built to run without any technical knowledge from the client.

Active/inactive site filtering via dynamic FILTER formulas — no manual list maintenance required.
Automatic Cost Calculation
Real-time hours × rate per employee, separate logic per contract type, auto-attributed to the correct site.
Monthly Reports
Total hours and costs per site per month, per-employee breakdown, sick leave and vacation costs tracked.
Employee Dashboard
Actual vs. planned hours, cumulative balance from first working day, remaining vacation, per-site cost breakdown.
