A complete system for the construction company Polákstav — from an automated Google Sheet to a full web application for attendance, costs, per-site profit, quotes and payroll. Workers log hours from their phones, the owner sees every euro in real time. The system later grew into our product Evidenka.
The Problem
A growing Slovak construction company was managing employee attendance, wages, and site costs across multiple active construction sites using manual Excel sheets. Errors were frequent, monthly payroll took days, and managers had no real-time overview of costs per site.
Our Solution
A fully automated Google Sheets system replacing all manual tracking — 3 contract types, automatic wage calculation, daily attendance statuses, site cost splitting, and per-employee monthly reports. Built to run without any technical knowledge from the client.

Total hours and costs per site per month, per-employee breakdown, sick leave and vacation costs tracked.
Employee Dashboard
Actual vs. planned hours, cumulative balance from first working day, remaining vacation, per-site cost breakdown.

The Google Sheet took the company far, but it had limits — fixed ranges in formulas, rate changes that rewrote the past, and nobody could tell who forgot to log their hours. So we replaced it with a full web application: one system that holds the whole company together — from an hour logged on site, through costs and profit, to a quote for the customer.
Attendance
The whole crew, the whole month on one screen — work, holiday, public holiday, sick leave. Fix an entry in two seconds and it flows straight into costs.
Worker portal
Workers tap their hours on the phone right from the site. One tap — day logged. Editable until 7:00 the next morning, then the day locks.
Costs
Labour is calculated automatically from attendance and rates, plus materials and overheads — per site and per month.
Profit per site
Revenue minus real costs = profit and margin of every site. Any time, not at year end.
Finance & charts
Where the money goes, costs by month, hours worked — clearly in charts.
Quotes
A quote from your own price list in minutes, exported as a finished PDF for the customer.
